Fresh Water Flush The Fresh Water Flush (FWF) extends the life of the membranes by rinsing them with fresh water by merely a touch of a button. When the FWF is activated, it will remove all salt water from the internal parts of the system and flush the membranes with clean fresh water preventing saltwater corrosion of the internal parts and reducing biological fouling of the RO membrane. The Fresh Water Flush automatically repeats itself every seven days! |
Water Testing Meter The HRO-TDSM hand held water testing meter checks the total dissolved solids of the potable water produced from your HRO Seafari system. This convenient pocket size meter is merely 5.50 inches long by 1 inch high. This meter comes with a 3-year limited warranty. |

Multi-Media Filter The Multi-Media Filter (MED5) traps suspended solids larger than 30 microns to provide additional protection for your Seafari system's pre-filters, which ultimately prolong the life of the pre-filter element. |

Plankton Filter Assembly The Plankton Filter Assembly (PFA) traps suspended solids larger than 100 micron, thus providing additional protection for your Seafari system's pre-filters, which ultimately prolongs the pre-filter element life. |
Sea Strainers The Sea Strainer prolongs pre-filter life by trapping suspended solids within the monel mesh screen. Sea Strainers are available in either the traditional plastic housing (SF 170) or the bronze (all other Seafari systems). (PSS or BSS) |

UV Sterilizer The Ultraviolet Sterilizer (UVS) is the final process where 99.8% of all micro-organisms, including reproducing bacteria and viruses, are sterilized. Ultraviolet replacement U.V. lamps are also available. Please specify voltage when ordering. Ultraviolet irradiation is now accepted by both the EPA and the FDA as a safe, effective method of bacteria control. Various models available to meet flow requirements. |
Water Guard The HRO System Water Guard (WG2) purifier combines three pre-filtration stages with the HRO- WG: primary filtration, activated carbon filtration, and the final phase of triple ultra-violet sterilization. |

Soft Motor Start The new, specially designed HRO Soft Motor Start (SMS) is a device that can be integrated into the HRO Horizon Seafari System. The SMS will cut the Seafari system's start-up amps by more than half. |
Clean Rinse Valve The Clean Rinse Valve (CRV) allows for easy R.O. Membrane maintenance and system rinsing. This is available for all Seafari systems excluding the SF 170. |

Remote Control Unit The Remote Control Unit (RCU) is able to monitor the system's performance and alarm status from the bridge or other remote locations. This RCU includes complete installation instructions and 50 feet of cable. This is standard only on the Seafari. |
Controller Cable Upgrade The Seafari Contained system comes standard with 3 feet of controller cable. You can upgrade to 17 feet/5m of cable by ordering the Controller Cable Upgrade (CCU). |
