The Beard Marine Group is the largest marine air conditioning, refrigeration, and watermaker sales and service company in Florida for over 25 years. Our company employs 50 associates and operates a fleet of 22 fully stocked service vehicles with 24-hour dockside service. We have offices in Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach, Florida, and Savannah, Georgia, USA.

All of our service technicians are certified in refrigerant recovery through Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES). All trucks are equipped with the latest recovery equipment as well. Our factory-trained technicians repair all major brands of air conditioning, refrigeration, and watermaker systems.

We are currently hiring technicians for our Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach locations and are looking for highly motivated individuals who are interested in diversifying their skill level. We prefer experienced, quality oriented A/C Refrigeration Techs but are willing to train qualified candidates for our Broward and Palm Beach locations.
