Rotary Switch Assemblies For Direct Expansion (DX) Air Conditioning Systems

Cruisair electromechanical rotary-knob switch assemblies provide reliable positive control over basic air conditioning functions. The standard switch assembly contains three knobs for controlling the thermostat, fan speed and function selections (OFF-FAN-RUN). Variable or two-speed fan controls are available for either type of blower motor.

Single knob switches are used to provide fan control when two or more cooling units are linked to a single remote condensing unit. Two-knob switches are used with SMX-series "slave" installations to provide fan operation independent from master control.

Standard switchplate colors are brown and black. Vertical and horizontal switchplates are available in three knob versions. A ten-foot length of capillary tube, with thermostat bulb and anticipator, is standard on SA3 and SSA3 types.

Cruisair switch assemblies are available for 115V or 230V systems.
