Eskimo Ice Corporation warrants that each Eskimo Ice System will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship, and that if properly installed and serviced in accordance with the manual furnished with this product, it will perform adequately under normal use.
This product warranty shall be effective for a period of one year from the date of original installation if such installation is reported on Eskimo Ice's warranty form returned to the factory at the time of installation. If no warranty form is returned, the warranty is considered effective thirty (30) days from date of factory shipment.
Eskimo Ice's obligation is limited strictly to replacing without charge, or to repairing upon return to its factory, transportation charges pre-paid, any part or parts that shall be found to be defective in material and/or workmanship during the warranty period. No part or assembly which has failed due to (1) damage from mishandling, misuse, substandard feed water, improper maintenance procedures or neglect (2) improper installation (3) incorrect electrical supply, shall be covered by this warranty. All decisions regarding defects in material or workmanship or accident, alteration, misuse or improper maintenance or installation shall be made by Eskimo Ice and shall be final and binding upon the parties.
Eskimo Ice assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages of any kind or for any damages resulting in whole or in part from misuse or inadequate maintenance of the product or any part thereof.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, including implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
